every pertinent aspect of opening and running a successful business
long term. We find location, negotiate the lease, perform the store
design and layout, physical build out and provide ongoing support as
well as help secure financing. We supply all merchandise, fixtures,
equipment and the work crew to open the store, and we do it quickly
and professionally.
Merchandise
The long term success
of any store revolves around merchandise. In our business the value, variety
and amount of new merchandise you provide are the three critical variables
that will determine how successful you are, and it is where we excel!
Our merchandise is provided through a vast network of suppliers, both
importers and domestic close- out companies.
Advertising
The price of a turnkey package includes an allowance for advertising which
is run in conjunction with the opening of the store. We run ads in your
local newspapers and quite often have Grand Opening articles run in the
papers.
Training &
Support
 We
send to the store location a professional installer who will install the
exterior slat board and all fixtures. Then, the work crew will stock merchandise
and ready the store for the grand opening. During this time we will fully
train the new owner in all aspects of operating a $1.00 store which includes
reviewing all business forms and operational data. We supply you with
a comprehensive operations manual. We stay with the new store owner through
the opening of the store to assure all questions have been answered and
that everything is running smoothly.
